Management of Human Resources in any organization matters a lot. Fekara has provided different features to handle human resources matters.
Management of teachers with their allotment of classes, course material, and especially salaries. Staff other than the teachers could also be added into the system to keep tracks straight. Teachers could be allocated with their own panels where they could manage Attendance, Reports and other matters.
Using the feKara School Management System admin can allocate different types of right for the management of the system.
Advance payment to the teachers could also be managed and later the advance payment could be deducted from the salaries as the admin decide to do so.
